Run Command Indicator: The Run Command indicator shows whether each turbine is being commanded to “Run” or to “Standby” by the gas skid PLC program. Hours Indicator: The Hours indicator shows the number of run hours on each turbine. CHP Inlet Indicator: The CHP Inlet indicator shows the temperature of the water entering the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger mounted on top of the turbine. CHP Outlet Indicator: The CHP Outlet indicator shows the temperature of the water exiting the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger mounted on top of the turbine. kW Command Indicator: The kW Command indicator shows the value that the gas skid PLC is commanding the turbine to output. When the kW Control icon is set to “Auto”, then the PLC controller will determine the kW command to the associated turbine based on gas skid inlet pressure. When the kW Control icon is set to “Manual”, then the PLC controller will determine the kW command to the associated turbine based on the value of the kW Manual Set Point icon. kW Return Indicator: The kW Return indicator shows the power output that the associated turbine is currently generating. kW Control Icon: The kW Control icon is used to manually set the kW output of the associated turbine. When the kW Control icon is set to “Auto”, then the PLC controller will determine the kW command to the associated turbine based on gas skid inlet pressure. When the kW Control icon is set to “Manual”, then the PLC controller will determine the kW command to the associated turbine based on the value of the kW Manual Set Point icon. kW Manual Set Point Icon: The kW Manual Set Point icon allows the operator to manually enter the desired kW output to the associated turbine.
