Run Control: The Run Control icon is used to enable or disable the turbine from starting and running. When set to “Disabled”, the associated turbine will never receive a run signal from the gas skid PLC. When set to “Enabled”, the associated turbine will receive a run signal from the gas skid PLC based on skid inlet and discharge pressures. Comms Reset: If an extended Modbus communication loss is experienced to any turbine, the communications to that turbine will be suspended. After the condition causing the communication loss has been resolved, touch the Comms Reset icon to re-establish the Modbus link to the associated turbine. Settings Page: The Settings page is accessed by touching the page navigation icon labeled Settings. The Settings page contains motor jog icons used to “bump” system motors and set point icons used to make adjustment to the systems operating parameters. Jog command icons: There is one Jog icon on the Settings page for each of the various system motors. Touching any Jog icon causes the respective component to run for a fraction of a second. The skid must be in stand by state to use the jog commands. It should also be noted that after a jog command is issued, there is a 5 second delay before the same jog command will be accepted again. This allows the motor to come to a complete stop before re-starting. This command is useful for checking motor rotation on initial start up. Operating pressure set point icon: The Operating Pressure set point icon is used to adjust the gas pressure that the system attempts to deliver to the engine. Trend Pages: There are two Trend pages. These pages can be accessed by touching the icon labeled Trend 1 or Trend 2.
