1004 Internal Fault WATCHDOG FAIL DPC Main Processor Watchdog Timer Failed System Severity Level 7 It is necessary on power-up to test that the software watchdog timer will reset when a status write is not performed by the software. The Watchdog Fail Fault is declared when the software does not reset. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Timer does not reset processor Watchdog timer circuit failed On power up reset, watchdog timer does not time out operation is verified Replace DPC Control Board (See Document 513176) 1007 Internal Fault ADC ACC LO DPC Analog/Digital Conversion Accuracy Low System Severity Level 3 This is an analog accuracy fault and is declared when VRef/2 signal is less than a predetermined value. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution VRef/2 Signal Low Ground Wiring Refer to Installation Manual for proper grounding configuration. Correct electrical wiring configuration Shorted Load Verify the external loads do not have a phase to neutral or phase-to-ground shorted. Disconnect the loads and start the system in Stand Alone mode. Fix problem with loads Incorrect Refer- ence Voltage Components on the DPC Control Board that generate the reference voltage signal have failed.
