1008 Internal Fault ADC ACC HI DPC Analog/Digital Conversion Accuracy High System Severity Level 3 This is an analog accuracy fault and is declared when VRef/2 signal is greater than a predetermined value. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Vref/2 Signal High Ground Wiring Refer to Installation Manual for proper grounding configuration. Correct electrical wiring configuration Shorted Load Verify external loads do not have a phase to neutral or phase to ground short. Disconnect the loads and start the sys- tem in Stand Alone mode. Fix problem with loads Incorrect Reference Voltage Components on the DPC Control Board that generate the reference voltage sig- nal have failed. Replace DPC Control Board (See Document 513176) 1009 Internal Fault ADC CONVERT DPC Analog/Digital Conversion Fault System Severity Level 3 The software verifies that the A/D converter signals the successful end of conversion within a predetermined time from initiating the process. This fault is declared if verification is not successful.
