9015 Internal Warning (Cont’d) Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution The Generator has detected the open circuit condition of the Fan Power Supply (Continued) Fan Inverter failed With power OFF, check microfuse F1 and make sure it is not open (resistance test). Replace Fuse 1. Disconnect the High Voltage harness between the Power Board and the Fan Inverter. 2. Disconnect the control harness between the Fan Inverter and the Control Board. 3. Set the Digital Multimeter to the diode test. 4. Connect the Meter- to J1+ and Meter+ to J1-. It should read diode (0.3 to 0.6VDC). 5. Swap the meter leads to set Meter+ to J1+ and Meter- to J1-. It should read open - no voltage. 6. Set the Meter+ to J1- and Meter- to OUTPUT1, pins U and V, then on the OUTPUT2, pins U and V. It should read diode. 7. Set the Meter- to J1+ and Meter+ to OUTPUT1, pins U and V, then on the OUTPUT2, pins U and V. It should read diode. Plug the High Voltage and control harnesses back in place.
