Number of responses per week. The reminder letter was sent out on February 17, 2003. Two hundred seventy nine envelopes were mailed out and 60 more responses were collected. Four were returned to sender because the plant moved or the address was unknown and six were returned blank because the companies did not operate kilns any longer. Responses were collected from all nine Canadian Provinces (BC, QC, ON, NS, AB, NB, NF, SK, and MB) where questionnaires were sent.
