Brescacin, Thermal Engineering & QA Manager PHONE: (519) 451-0310 Ext 143 EMAIL: FontanaC@kochind.com FAX: (519) 451-0310 The interconnecting ducting between the turbine(s) and the micoGenTM unit and between the micoGenTM outlet duct and the exhaust duct to atmosphere must be secured with a suitable clamp whether the ducting is purchased from Unifin or from others. Before installing the clamp, insert high temperature sealant rated for continuous operation of turbine gas at 750 °F (minimum). If the clamp and sealant are not installed, the gas from the turbine may leak into the micoGenTM unit and result in over heating. This will invalidate the warranty. UNIFIN offers external ducting packages for interconnection between the micoGenTM unit and the turbine(s) these packages include clamps for securing the connection.
