If the battery voltage is below 216 volts for a period greater than 2 weeks, the battery pack may have permanently reduced capacity and could require replacement. Before battery packs are returned to Capstone (under Warranty), a battery charge (as detailed herein) must be attempted. Battery Pack Recharge Criteria Recharge intervals for battery packs in storage with the battery circuit breaker open are dependent upon the ambient storage temperatures. If the storage temperatures are within the parameters noted, charge the battery pack as indicated in the following table.
