Note: When removing the heatsink, it is not necessary to remove all six screws. First, remove the three screws furthest from Relay K2, then loosen but do not remove the three screws adjacent to Relay K2 before lifting off the heatsink as noted in the following two steps. 3. Using a 7/64-inch Allen wrench, loosen and remove the (3) socket-head cap screws 508566- 007 that are furthest from Relay K2. 4. Using a 7/64-inch Allen wrench, loosen (but do not remove) the (3) remaining socket-head cap screws 508566-007. These three screws are located adjacent to Relay K2. 5. Carefully lift off the existing heatsink 507116-101. Return the heatsink 507116-101 to Customer Ser- vice at Capstone Turbine Corporation. 6. Disconnect the small cable assembly plug (W116) 507462-100. Cable Assembly Plug 507462-100 (W116) Cable Assembly Plug 509641-100 (W102) Relay K2 Second (3) Screws 508566-007 First (3) Screws 508566-007 Existing Heatsink 507116-001 Do Not Remove These Three Screws 7. 8. Disconnect the large cable assembly plug (W102) 509641-100. Remove (4) screws 508566-004 securing the BCT controller PCBA 503262-103. (4) Screws 508566-004 Return the Existing Heatsink 507116-101 to Customer Service at Capstone Turbine Corporation 9. Carefully lift out the BCT controller PCBA 503262- 103. Return the Existing BCT Controller PCBA 503262-103 to Customer Service at Capstone Turbine Corporation Ribbon Cable Assembly 503424-100 (W601) 10. Disconnect ribbon cable assembly 503424-100 (W601) from the BCT controller PCBA 503262- 103. Return the BCT controller PCBA to Customer Service at Capstone Turbine Corporation.
