It is the responsibility of Capstone to make available the software version 3.91 to Authorized Service Providers for upgrading the software on the fielded MicroTurbine systems. It is the responsibility of the Authorized Service Provider to upload the software version 3.91 to the MicroTurbine systems listed in this document. After completion of software uploading, it is the responsibility of the Authorized Service Provider to provide Capstone with a Field Service Report. Capstone shall reimburse the Authorized Service Provider for a flat rate of up to half- an-hour for performing the software upload on systems listed in this document.
