It is the responsibility of Capstone to make available the software version 4.96 to Authorized Service Providers for upgrading the software on the fielded MicroTurbine systems for the resolution of related issues. It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to perform the required service to replace the injectors and upload the software, as necessary to resolve related issues on fielded MicroTurbine systems. After completion of injector replacement and software uploading, it is the responsibility of the Authorized Service Provider to provide Capstone with a Field Service Report together with a report on the conditions of the existing injectors, and the requested operating data. Capstone shall reimburse the Authorized Service Provider for the injector kit plus one hour of labor on all upgraded systems.
