For installations where the external wake signal circuit is a contact closure of longer than 2 seconds, then a timer relay must be added. A suitable relay and circuit are shown in Figure 2. Recommended socket for the relay is the Omron P2RF08E DIN rail socket. An equivalent relay may also be used in place of the Omron relay. The relay may be installed within the UCB or located on an external system. Figure 2.
