If Required Action section indicates that work should be performed at commissioning or at next scheduled service visit, travel will not be reimbursed. o WarrantyorFPPreimbursementissubjecttoCapstone’sWarrantyReimbursement Policy (460001) or FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). FPP reimbursement is also subject to FPP plan type. It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: • Identify affected systems, notify the customer, and perform the required action. • After completion of service task, submit completed Field Service Report to Capstone.
