If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, then do all of the following: o ReplacetheLCM-ICBboardwithanewboardP/N:521792-103(contact the Call Center to request the board) o InstallC65softwarev5.20revA Ensure that the assembly PM configuration corresponds to the system’s current configuration. Refer to the label affixed to the LCM to determine the specific LCM configuration (522130-xxx) installed in your system and to determine the necessary PM Programmer file. File a copy of this service notice with the C65 Troubleshooting Guide (430013F or above). Responsibility It is Capstone’s responsibility to: Provide this Service Notice containing description of the problem and a recommended solution to Capstone's Authorized Service Providers. Make available the software, at no charge, to Authorized Service Providers for the resolution of issues or enhanced functionality related to fielded microturbine systems. Make available the 521792-103 LCM-ICB board at no charge for those systems under warranty or FPP. Provide reimbursement for flat rate labor of one and one half (1.5) hours for the combined hardware and software upgrade, subject to Capstone’s Warranty Reimbursement Policy (460001) or FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: Obtain the necessary parts from Capstone. Notify the customer and perform the recommended service action.
