Make available the software to Authorized Service Providers for the resolution of issues or enhanced functionality related to fielded microturbine systems. Provide reimbursement for flat rate of labor up to one half (0.5) hour for this retrofit, subject to Capstone’s Warranty Reimbursement Policy (460001) and Capstone’s FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: Identify affected systems. Obtain the software zip files from the Members Only section of the Capstone website. Notify the customer and perform the recommended software upgrade as soon as possible. After completion of software uploading, submit completed Field Service Report to Capstone. Communicate updates to users, as applicable.
