Make specified parts and tools available to Authorized Service Providers for the performance of igniter maintenance on fielded microturbine systems. Provide Warranty/FPP reimbursement as follows: o Capstonewillreimburseforflatratelaborof1.75hoursperenginefor adjustable igniter replacement, subject to Capstone’s Warranty Reimbursement Policy (460001) or FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). o IfRequiredActionsection(above)indicatesthatthisrepairworkforyour system must be performed immediately or as soon as possible, travel will also be reimbursed. If Required Action section indicates that work should be performed at commissioning or at next service visit, travel will not be reimbursed. Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: Identify affected systems, notify the customer, and perform the required action. Obtain the necessary parts and tools from Capstone. Provide Capstone with a Field Service Report upon completion of work. Submit claim for reimbursement per policy guidelines as noted above.
