7011 Internal Fault NO BATTERY No Battery found System Severity Level 6 Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution System in Stand-alone Mode and No Battery Found Battery Pack Circuit Breaker Off with Grid Power Applied Grid power will provide voltage for DPC to operate, however the battery pack must have battery power to operate. Turn on Battery Circuit Breaker, press battery start button, and wait 10 seconds for device to communicate with DPC. Stand-alone with Grid Power and Auto Sleep Timer Times Out After the AUTOSLP timer expires, the DPC will command the battery to sleep. If the DPC still has power, is in Stand-alone, and can not communi- cate with a battery then this fault is declared. Press battery start but- ton and wait 10 sec- onds for battery to communicate with DPC Harness between Battery Controller and Battery Pack Not Secure. Battery controller only draws its power from the battery pack. If this connection is not made the battery controller will not have power to communication with the DPC. Secure harness between battery controller and battery pack. IntraController Har- ness to Battery Not Secure Intermittent connection on the Intra- Controller bus could cause power to flow from battery to DPC, but com- munications are unsuccessful. Secure IntraController connection to battery Battery Controller Failure Battery controller could provide power from battery start signal, but battery has controller communica- tion failure. Replace Battery Control- ler (BCT).
