7000 Internal fault MANUAL E-STOP (Cont’d) Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Open Circuit Detected on E-Stop Circuit (Continued) Power Cable Between DPC Con- trol Board and DPC Power Board E-stop signals are carried across the power cable internal to the DPC. Make sure wires and connections are secure between the DPC Control Board and DPC Power Board. Secure Power Cable between DPC Control Board and DPC Power Board. Replace if dam- aged. DPC Control Board Connections are made at Global and Local E-stop points but ~12VDC is measured between either J11 pin 12 and J3 pin B8 or J3 pin B8 and J5 pin D10 on the DPC Control Board. Replace DPC Control Board DPC Board Faulty Remaining E-stop circuitry resides on the DPC Power Board.
