6023 Internal Fault MULT FAIL STRT Multiple Failed Start Attempts System Severity Level 7 The software provides protection against successive fail-to-lights to prevent flooding the engine with liquid fuel. if It detects a predetermined number of successive fail-to-lights, it declares this fault and enters the disable state. It resets when the Run state is achieved or power is cycled. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Liquid Fuel System Exceeded Maximum Number of Start Attempts Liquid Pump Not Primed Liquid Fuel pump can hold a large amount of fuel. The Start sequence of the system does not provide enough rotational time for the pump to fill. Empty purge tank. Attempt restart. Fault With System that Has Not Been Addressed. Other fault codes were gener- ated in the failed start attempts that led to this code being reported. This fault ensures that some user inter- vention is provided. Empty purge tank. Troubleshoot other faults. 6024 Internal Fault EAL PWR OVRLD External Load Power Overload System Severity Level 3 This fault is declared when the software detects an excessive power demand by external load. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution External load exceeds limit of 7.5kW during start-up Load too large External load consumes more power than is allowed. Replace external load with lower power device Fault in external load A short or other failure of the external load could be causing it too draw a large amount of power. Correct failure in exter- nal load External contactor closes to load prior to reaching the load state Contactor leads have not been connected to the correct UCB relay output terminals.
