12025 Internal Fault BATT CSUM Battery DSP Control Software Checksum Error System Severity Level 7 A software checksum is stored in programming the memory space to verify the program in the memory device is correct and not altered. Often downloaded programs can have memory locations altered when the memory device becomes old, affected by abnormal electrical signals, or changed by incorrect write operation. On power-up, this checksum is re-verified. The software declares a Checksum Test fault if it detects that the program in the memory device is not correct or has been altered. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution BCT DSP Con- trol Software Contains Wrong Checksum Value Previous down load of the BCT DSP software was not successfully done. Try to down load the BCT DSP software again. Make sure that the right DSP CRC file is used and the down load process is finished completely. Download the BCT DSP software again. Abnormal electrical signals exist on the BCT control board. Check if all the connectors are properly connected. Connect the BCT Control Board correctly. System is not initialized properly The system needs rebooting. Reboot the system. Faulty BCT Control Board BCT Control Board needs replac- ing.
