12004 Internal Fault BATT OC B Leg B Overcurrent System Severity Level 5 Overcurrent protection prevents application of excessive stress to the Intelligent Power Module (IPM). The software declares a Leg Overcurrent fault when Leg B current inputs exceed the Leg Overcurrent for any one sample. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Leg B Current Exceeds the Leg Overcurrent Limit. Leg Overcurrent Limit is not set properly. Check the command value and scale factor, when the RS-232 command of BCTLOI is used to set the Leg Overcurrent Limit. Re-set value of the Leg overcurrent Limit. The default value of the Leg Over- current Limit is not set correctly. Make sure that the BCT Power Board PM is programmed prop- erly, and it is supported by the installed BCT control software. Re-program the BCT Power Board PM. Faulty BCT Power Board BCT Power Board needs replacing.
