7000 Internal fault MANUAL E-STOP (Cont’d) Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Open Circuit Detected on E-Stop Circuit (Continued) Power cable between ECM Control Board and UCB. E-stop signals are carried across the power cable between the ECM and UCB. Make sure wires and connections are secure between the ECM Control Board and UCB. Secure power cable between the ECM Control Board and UCB. Replace if damaged. ECM Control Board. Connections are made at Global and Local E-stop points but ~24VDC is measured between Pin12 of J8 (Pwr Supply) and Pin B8 of J9 (Intra System), or between Pins PB4 and PB5 (Gnd) of J12 (Inter System). Replace ECM Control Board. PDM faulty Connections are made at Global and Local E-stop points but ~24VDC is measured between Pin 12 of J2 on PDM and Pin 8 of J9 (Intra System) on ECM Control Board, and LED 2 (+24V) on the PDM is ON. Replace PDM. 7001 User Control Fault SA INTERLOCK Stand Alone Interlock System Severity Level 4 This fault is declared if in the Stand Alone mode, the required jumper/circuit is not in place on the UCB. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution In Stand Alone Mode, But UCB Interlock Is Not Provided. SA Interlock jumper not making contact. When the Utility Connection of the system is set to Stand Alone, an Interlock jumper must be installed on the UCB between J12 pins 2 and 5. Secure Stand Alone Interlock Jumper Connection. UCB Inter harness to UCB Interlock signals are carried from the UCB back to the ECM Control Board through the J4 Inter Harness. Ensure that these connections are secure and wire is dry and not damaged. Secure or dry J4 Harness at UCB and ECM Control Board. Replace if damaged. UCB failed If all connections are secure, circuitry on UCB must not be functioning correctly. Replace UCB ECM Control Board failed The ECM Control Board has circuitry that communicates with the UCB. Assume this has failed. Attempt an ECM Con- trol Board PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board.
