Fault No Fault Description SSL Isolation Message Comment 6030 FAIL BAT WAKEUP 2 Internal Warning Not Used 6031 OVRLOAD LOW BAT 4 Grid Fault 6032 HTSNK TEMP HI 3 High Temp Fault Note: Refer to the following three fuel system configurations when troubleshooting pressure transducers: 1. 0 to 100 psig (Inlet), 0 to 100 psig (Outlet). 2. SPV25 internal transducer (Inlet), 0 to 100 psig (Outlet). 3. SPV25 internal transducer (Inlet), No Outlet. 6000 Internal Fault DC BUS OV DC Bus Overvoltage System Severity Level 6 Hardware components such as the DC bus capacitors and the IGBTs will fail when exposed to extreme voltage conditions. The software protects these components by reporting a fault when the DC Bus Voltage signal exceeds DC overvoltage limit, specified by the power board personality module. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution DC Bus Voltage exceeds maxi- mum limit. Battery is charged or charging Due to charging conditions, the battery may not be able to accept power during Stand Alone offload events. Restart system and continue operation. Large or several frequent Offloads in Stand Alone The brake resistor is designed to dissipate a finite amount of energy from offload events every several minutes. Attempt leveling load to prevent offloads. High Generator power dissipation at No Load In extreme cold weather conditions, Stand Alone engines may produce more energy than can be absorbed by the brake. Provide parasitic load at idle/no load condition. Loss of Current Control During utility or load transients, the loss of current control can cause the bus voltage to rise rapidly. Troubleshoot other system faults first. Failed Brake Resistor Elements in the brake resistor may have failed causing it to absorb less energy than is believed. Resistance should measure less than 7.0 Ohms, when measured between Brk+ and Chassis on the ECM Power Board.
