4013 Internal Fault LCM CONFIG LCM Hardware Configuration Error System Severity Level 7 This fault is reported if the LCM Part Number is not 509162, 510298, or 511823. Note: This fault is not reported on HEV systems. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair solution LCM hardware and software not compatible BCM Code in LCM hardware Check software/hardware components through Display. Download LCM Code and LCM PM’s Incorrect hardware component installed Confirm the installed hardware matches with the configuration data that was programmed in PM programming. Replace hardware component Incorrect Part No. programmed into hardware Confirm the installed hardware matches with the configuration data that was programmed in PM programming. Load correct PM into correct hardware Can not read LCM Part No. from the board Check Inter harness connections from ECM to LCM. Tighten connections 4014 Internal Fault BCM CONFIG BCM Hardware Configuration Error System Severity Level 7 This fault is reported on non-HEV systems (as determined by the presence of an LCM). The fault is reported when BCM PM is programmed for HEV and the Frame PM is not. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair solution BCM hardware and software not compatible LCM Code in BCM hardware Check software/hardware components through Display. Download BCM Code and BCM PM’s Incorrect hardware configuration Confirm the installed hardware matches with the configuration data that was programmed in PM programming. Replace hardware component Incorrectly programmed Frame PM and/or BCM PM Confirm the installed hardware matches with the configuration data that was programmed in PM programming.
