1000 Internal Fault MAIN CSUM ECM Main Processor Code Checksum Fault System Severity Level 7 This error is declared if the main processor checksum generated during the power-up, does not verify that the content of each program memory location is correct. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Checksum verification fails Code has become corrupt or software not downloaded No faults are displayed. The System powers up with display lights on, but no display functionality. The User and Maintenance Port RS-232 prompt is terminated with ">>". Upload Main Software Code. Flash or RAM Memory has failed Code fails program operation when being uploaded via communication link. Attempt an ECM Control Board PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board 1001 Internal Fault MAIN CPU FAULT ECM Main Processor Failed System Severity Level 7 This error is declared if a CPU test, performed at the power-up, does not verify the correct processing of the internal logic circuits. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Processor cannot execute code Processor failed No faults are displayed. In Stand Alone mode, the system may power up with display lights on, but no display, and no RS-232 communication. In Grid Connect mode, the system will power up with no display lights or display, and RS-232 communication is not functional. Attempt an ECM Control Board PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board.
