Wired for 60 psig inlet and 50 psig exit transducer 2. Pressure readings may read open or high faults (5000) if connections not secured Solenoid Harness 1. Provides power to manifold and main shutoff from fuel controller 2. Solenoid faults (5000) or flameout (6006, 6011, 6012) faults may result if connectors are not securely mated Low Pressure Natural Gas Fuel System (BB-RFC) Package Connector 1. JIC AN-12 3⁄4” 37° SAE Flare 2. Adapter is available to 3⁄4” NPT Fuel Filter 1. 10 micron filter used to remove particulates from fuel 2. Filter does not remove moisture from fuel 3. Filter should be cleaned or replaced at specified service intervals 4. Failure to clean filter could result in loss of performance ‰ Clogging will cause reduced engine performance ‰ Clogging could lead to flameout (6006, 6011, 6012) faults Main Shutoff 1. Resistance should be 10Ω nominal. 2. Solenoid harness provides 13.8V from fuel controller Inlet Pressure Transducer 1. Transducer measures 0 to 50 psig 2. Output scaled linear 0 to 100 mV 3. 5V provided to pin D and grounded through pin B 4. Output signal provided on pins A and C Check Valve 1. Prevents reserve flow of air into gas supply 2. Note installation direction with silver ring towards pump 3.
