ApplyasmallamountofTorque-SealontotheInductorscrew.UseF-900 Torque-Seal Inspection Lacquer (colored bright orange), available in 1/2-oz poly squeeze tubes from Organic Products Company (www.opco.com), P.O. Box 170428, Irving, Texas 75017 (or equivalent). 5. Carefullyroutetheleadwires(one-by-one)towardstheexistingContactor. Install tie-wraps around the leadwires approximately every two inches near the Contactor. Existing Contactor Attaching Screw, Tie-Wrap, and Leadwires 6. Securethetie-wrapssothattheholesinthetie-wrapsarealigned.Installthe longer screw (508566-010) (M5 X 16) into the tie-wrap near terminal L1 on the Contactor and tighten the screw to secure the tie-wrap to the frame. 7. Installtheshorterscrew(508566-008)intothetiewrapandtightenthescrew to secure the tie-wrap to the frame. 12. Connect the Pre-Charge Board Contactor Coil connector to the DPC Power Board.
