RTV Sealant may be placed on this side of the Pre-Charge Board Pre-Charge Board Attaching Screws (3 or 6 places) Capstone Turbine Corporation • 21211 Nordhoff Street • Chatsworth • CA 91311 Replacement Instructions: DPC Pre-Charge Board Assembly Assemble components as follows: ApplyanamountofRTVSealant(DowCorning3145perMil-A-46146)tothe frame and to the new Pre-Charge Board sufficient to cover the screw holes on the inner portion of the board. MountthenewPre-ChargeBoardontotheframeandsecurewith(RTV Sealant) and three screws removed during disassembly. Using a Phillips-tip torque driver and a torque wrench, tighten each screw to a torque of 15 inch- pounds. New DPC Pre-Charge Board 507476-200 3. Carefullyroutetheleadwires(one-by-one)towardstheInductor(N=Neutral). Secure the leadwires to the Inductor and fasten with the screw removed during disassembly. Tighten the screw securely.
