A totalofthreeproposalswerereceivedontheproposalduedateofJune26,2014. B. EvaluationofProposals/Bids Allofthethreeproposalsreceived mettheMinimum Qualificationscriteria,and were evaluatedanddeterminedtobewithinthecompetitiverange.A SourceSelection Committee(SSC)consistingofstafffrom Metro'sVehicleTechnologyDepartmentwas convened and conducted a comprehensive technicalevaluation ofthe proposals received. TheSSC alsohelddirectinterviewswitheachofthethreeresponsiveand responsible Proposers and performed manufacturing and engineering site surveys to fullyassesstheProposers'capabilities,capacities,strengthsand weaknesses. Minimum Qualifications(Pass/Fail) To beconsidered,a proposalmustevidencecompliance("Pass")withthefollowing minimum qualifications. Proposalsthatdid notevidencecompliance("Fail")may notbe considered beyond the preliminary review. 1. Proposers'firmand/orkeypersonnelshalldemonstratepastrelevantexperience manufacturing and/or modifying propulsion systems on medium duty or heavy dutytransitvehicles(orothersimilarequipment)within thepastfour(4)years (since2010). 2.
