In the case of use of optimized schedules, the Scheffe test could not find different homogeneous groups. However, companies with 1 to 10 employees regarded this issue as less important compared to companies with more than 200 employees. For the variable airflow, two homogeneous groups were identified. Companies with 1 to 10 employees considered this issue to be less important than companies with more than 10 employees. The test could not find different homogeneous groups for type of kiln control unit. However, companies with 11 to 50 employees regarded this issue as less important compared to companies with more than 200 employees. For the variables quality control before drying, quality control during drying and quality control after drying, the Scheffe test could not detect different homogeneous groups.
