Mode of Operation*: Grid Connect Stand Alone HEV System State*: Power Up Start On-Load Steady State Off-Load Shutdown Power Level* (kW): 0 Fault Codes*: None Troubleshooting Steps*: Arrived at site and pressed battery start on display. System did not wakeup. Made sure harness connections from display to DPC, DPC to BCT, and DPC to UCB were secure. Voltage of wakeup battery located on UCB measured 3.3 volt. Tried battery start contacts on UCB with no luck. Transient battery voltage was reading 220V. Measured BCT power board to ensure that wakeup signal reached precharge section of board. Transient battery voltage (220V) measured at input to power supply, however output voltage of power supply only read 2 volts. Description of Incident Resolution*: Appears that power supply on BCT power board has failed. Replace BCT power board.
