Summary PM Programmers software release v2.26 corrects software issues that had previously caused C65 HRM actuators to intermittently fail. This software update corrects the erroneous occurrence of CHP Self Test fault 17002 and undercurrent faults 17008 and 17009. Actuators previously removed on site in attempts to correct an actuator failure may still be operable if the removal was based on software issues that have since been corrected. Required Action Ensure that PM Programmers v2.26 is installed onto your laptop and is ready for installation during visits to customer sites which are using the C65 HRM. It is recommended that HRM PM be updated at all C65 HRM customer sites at next scheduled maintenance event. Other PMs, such as engine, frame, or LCM, do not require updating to address this HRM under current fault.
