Summary New C60 software codeset v4.25 is being introduced to reduce engine flameout and fail-to- rotate (6011) faults. Improvements are summarized as follows: 1. Included new injector staging algorithm to provide additional flame stability margin at ISO operating conditions. 2. Smoothed the TET Surge Correction Map to eliminate sharp TET setpoint foldback when operating under ambient temperatures, making the MicroTurbine less susceptible to engine surge. 3. Improved the engine handoff/engine liftoff detection logic by reducing the allowable number of failed liftoff attempts from five times to three times before a system fault is reported. Additionally, reduced the time period designated for the rotor to coast to rest between subsequent re-lift attempts from 30 seconds to 16 seconds.
