Faults: ♦ Renamed the “6019 PWR LOSS LOW” fault to be “6019 PWR LOSS WARN.” Changed the fault severity level of the “6020 PWR LOSS HI” to a warning. ♦ Created a new fault “6027 LOW DCBUS VOLT.” This fault is reported before the DPC vent and heat sink fans are turned on, which previously would cause the power supply to droop and the DPC to reboot. ♦ Prohibits Grid Connect systems that do not have a battery from executing the GC Battery Charge logic (GC Load state recharge). However, if the user attempts to wake up a nonexistent battery or the user’s utility connection “UTLCON” is set to Dual Mode or Stand Alone, then a new fault “6030 FAIL BAT WAKEUP” will be reported. 4. Battery Maintenance and Operation Improvements: ♦ Allows the user to configure the system to perform an automated Grid Connect Standby Recharge while in the GC Standby State. ♦ Prevents battery pack drainage while a MicroTurbine is in the Grid Connect Standby mode. Created a new warning level fault “6029 BATT SUBSYSTEM" which is reported when a Battery Controller fault occurs during Grid Connect operation ♦ Preserves the battery during Stand Alone overload conditions by reporting a new fault “6031 OVRLOAD LOW BAT" if the battery base SOC falls below 40%, or a new fault “12028 BATT LOW VOLT” to indicate when the battery pack voltage drops to 180 volts for 20 seconds. ♦ Properly handles the battery charge command locally on MicroTurbines as well as across a MultiPac. ♦ Created a new warning level fault “6028 FAIL BAT CHARGE" to indicate that the Battery Controller is not able to transition into the Equalization Charge state after some time.
