Make available the software to Authorized Service Providers for the resolution of issues or enhanced functionality related to fielded microturbine systems. Provide reimbursement for flat rate labor of one half (0.5) hour for software upgrade, subject to Capstone’s Warranty Reimbursement Policy (460001) or FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: Identify affected systems, notify the customer, and perform the required action. Obtain the software files from the Members Only section of the Capstone website. After completion of software uploading, submit completed Field Service Report to Capstone.
