It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to diagnose related field issues, and perform the required service to replace the fan and inverter, if necessary. Capstone shall reimburse the Authorized Service Provider per the flat rate schedule for performing the fan and/or inverter replacements on systems under warranty.
