Output Relay 1 configured as HTC Start Relay and set to active closed; 2. Analog Input setting 1 configured for voltage reading of Propane Temperature Feedback with limits set from 0 to 5VDC; 3. Fault Input 1 set ON and configured as active open at fault level 3 with 5 second delay Reconfigure UCB settings as required in order to operate C200 propane MT. Electrical noise induction RTDs will not read correct temperature from heat trace if system is not properly grounded Verify that system is grounded per Capstone requirements, if not, repair grounding issue. Verify that C1000 Controller and Heat Trace Controller (for C1000) are grounded in accordance with propane system wiring diagram. For C200 units, verify that PLC is grounded in accordance with propane system wiring diagram. Loose harness connection between RTD and RTD card in PLC Verify RTD reading for C200 on PLC screen’s MT (internal RTD) and/or Ex (external RTD) displays, if RTDs equipped. For C1000, check Panel PC display I/O screen readings for RTD, header RTD, and External RTD of each bay, if RTDs equipped. If any are reading 32767, most likely there is a loose connection between the RTD and RTD card in the PLC. Trace wiring to detect damage or loose connection. Controller will read 32767 if RTD is open or shorted. Fix loose wiring or replace if damaged. RTD has failed open or short Verify RTD reading for C200 on PLC screen’s MT and/or Ex display, if RTDs equipped. For C1000, check Panel PC display I/O screen readings for RTD, header RTD, and External RTD of each bay, if RTDs equipped. If any are reading 32767, it is possible that RTD has failed.
