Serial No. Qty. • Provide this Service Bulletin containing description of the upgrade and required actions to Capstone's Authorized Service Providers. • Make available the part(s), at no charge, to Authorized Service Providers for the resolution of issues or enhanced functionality related to fielded microturbine systems and accessories. • For systems under warranty or FPP: o Providereimbursementforflatratelaborof1.5hoursforthefirstoneand0.5hour for each additional injector per engine for installation of injector kits. o MakeavailablethepartsspecifiedinTable1atnochargeforthosesystemsunder warranty or FPP. o ForsystemslistedinTable1andalreadycommissioned,travelwillalsobe reimbursed. For systems listed in Table 1 and not yet commissioned, travel will not be reimbursed. o WarrantyorFPPreimbursementissubjecttoCapstone’sWarrantyReimbursement Policy (460001) or FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). FPP reimbursement is also subject to FPP plan type.
