Capstone Turbine Corporation • 21211 Nordhoff Street • Chatsworth • CA 91311 Service Bulletin SB0119: C200/C1000 Series Backflow Valve Inspection Responsibility It is Capstone’s responsibility to: • Provide this Service Bulletin containing a description of the problem and inspection instructions to Capstone's Authorized Service Providers. • Provide Warranty/FPP reimbursement as follows: o Capstonewillreimburseforflatratelaboroftwo(2.0)hoursperbayforthis inspection, subject to Capstone’s Warranty Reimbursement Policy (460001) or FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). o Affectedsystemswhichareoutofwarrantywillbeaccommodated,however claim must be submitted per Capstone’s Warranty Reimbursement Policy or FPP Reimbursement Policy guidelines. o IfRequiredActionsection(above)indicatesthatthisrepairworkforyoursystem must be performed immediately or as soon as possible, travel will also be reimbursed. If Required Action section indicates that work should be performed at commissioning or at next scheduled service visit, travel will not be reimbursed. It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: • Identify affected systems • Notify the customer, and perform the required action. • After completion of service task, submit completed Field Service Report to Capstone.
