Summary Capstone has introduced the C1000 Air Filter Deflector Plate, part number 529330-001, as a reliability improvement to improve the seal around the engine air inlet filter thus eliminating a potential source of foreign object damage (FOD) to the engine. Required Action If the serial number of your system is listed in Table 1, then the engine air inlet filter box must be field-retrofitted on all populated bays of your system. Table 1.
