Refer to this Bulletin when requesting RMA. o RequestreplacementpanelPC(610691-1XX). Responsibility It is Capstone’s responsibility to: • Provide this Service Bulletin containing description of the problem and a recommended solution to Capstone's Authorized Service Providers. • For systems under warranty or FPP: o Providereimbursementforflatratelaborofonehalf(0.5)hourforpanelPC replacement. o MakeavailablethepanelPC(610691-1XX)atnochargeforthosesystemsunder warranty or FPP. o Travelwillnotbereimbursed. o WarrantyorFPPreimbursementissubjecttoCapstone’sWarrantyReimbursement Policy (460001) or FPP Reimbursement Policy (460049). FPP reimbursement is also subject to FPP plan type. It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: • Identify affected systems, notify the customer, and perform the required action. • Obtain the necessary parts from Capstone. • After completion of service task, submit completed Field Service Report to Capstone.
