FGB Identifier Label Summary Copeland Horizontal FGBs in the field may require a lower undervoltage preset value if the end-user is experiencing fluctuations in load power and intermittent FGB shutdown. Load power fluctuations may result in FGB shutdown, loss of fuel to the MicroTurbine and subsequent MicroTurbine shutdown. If the FGB does not experience these symptoms, no action needs to be performed. If the FGB does experience these symptoms, Capstone recommends that Service Providers perform a software setting change to reset the Copeland undervoltage value to prevent any possible issues in performance. See “Copeland FGB Undervoltage Setting Adjustment Work Instruction” 440125 for the detailed procedure. Responsibility It is the responsibility of Capstone to inform Service Providers of required procedures to correct potential undervoltage issues on the Copeland FGB.
