Observe all safety precautions to prevent Injury or death. Required Tools ! 7/8î Wrench ! 7/16î Socket, Extension, and Drive ! 1 1/8î Wrench ! Adjustable Wrench Procedures The replacement instructions are comprised of the disassembly and assembly procedures. 1. Unplug the fuel Shut-Off harness (power connector). 2. Open the inlet fitting to the valve using an adjustable wrench. Support the insert using the 1 1/8î wrench. This line may be pressurized. Therefore, release the pressure slowly to prevent damage to the fitting. 3. Open the outlet fitting to the manifold using the 7/8î wrench. Support the insert using the 1 1/8î wrench. This line may be pressurized. Therefore, release the pressure slowly to prevent damage to the fitting. 4. Remove the four mounting bolts on the retaining clamps using the 7/16î socket, extension and drive. 5. Remove the ground wire. 6. Replace the Shut-Off Valve. 7. Re-install inlet and outlet fuel lines. 8. Re-install mounting bracket. 9. Re-connect the ground wire. 10. Plug in the Shut-Off harness (power connector). 11. Turn on power. 12. Turn on the fuel supply. 13. Initiate engine start. 14. Check Shut-Off fittings for leaks. 15. Test the system for proper operation as detailed in the MicroTurbine Userís Manual.
