Refer to the following Figure and carefully lift the Power Board off the chassis until it is free from the IGBT guide pins (Qty 4) on the chassis, and gently remove the board. 14. Perform a visual check under sufficient light and verify that there are no broken wires, pins, or wire lugs. Assembly Assemble the components as follows: 1. RefertothepreviousFigureandinstallthenewPowerBoardbycarefully aligning the four IGBT guide holes on the board with IGBT guide pins on the chassis and gently pushing the board in. Failure to properly align the board with the guide pins may damage the IGBT connector pins. 2. Installthetwoscrews(508566-007)attheuppercornersofboard. 3. InstalltheM5x0.38plasticscrew(508065-001). 4. Installscrews(508566-016)onterminalsA,B,andC. 5. Installscrewsonterminals20through24. 6. Tightenthetwoscrewsatuppercornersoftheboardtoatorqueof25Lb-in. 7. TightenscrewsonterminalsA,B,andCtoatorqueof25Lb-in. 8. Tightenscrewsonterminals20through24toatorqueof17Lb-in. 9. AttachtheleadwireforterminalE8.Tightenthescrewtoatorqueof 21 Lb-in. 10. Attach the lead wires for terminals E1 (Bus+), E2 (Bus-), E3 (Batt-), and E4 (Batt-).
