Drain ST PETERSBURG SECTION 7 OIL CHANGE PROCEDURE 1. Shut down the skid and de-energize the control panel with the disconnect 2. Open valve (VB 331) to purge the gas from the compressor sump 3. Open valve (VB 235) to relieve pressure from the oil cooling loop 4. Check pressure gauges (PI 231, PI 232, PI 233, PI 234, and PI 331) to ensure there is zero pressure on the oil system 5. Connect the suction hose from the external oil transfer pump to (QC 231), and place the discharge hose into used oil collection drum 6. Open valve (VB 236) and turn on the pump, to remove the oil from the oil sump (FLT 231) 7. Turn off pump when sump is empty 8. Move suction hose of the external oil transfer pump, from QC 231 to QC 232, keep discharge hose in used oil collection drum. 9. Open valve (VB 231) and turn on the pump to remove oil from oil cooler (HX 231) 10. Turn off pump when oil cooler is empty 11. Open valve (VB 234) to drain oil from the filter housing (FLT 232) 12. Change the oil filter, (refer to oil filter change procedure). 13. Close valve (VB 231) and disconnect the oil suction hose from (QC 232) Fill 14. Connect the discharge hose on the external oil transfer pump to (QC 231) and place the suction hose into the new oil drum. 15. Turn on the pump, filling the sump to the middle of the upper sight glass. 16.
