Start the Skid 1. Refer to the Start Up / Shut Down section of this manual to start the skid. Post Start Procedures 1. While the skid is running, top off the glycol reservoir to the top of sight tube with the recommended mix of glycol and distilled water. Then reinstall the reservoir cap. 2. While the skid is running, check that the glycol flow on FI 141 matches the flow called out on the P+ID drawing (3G-051-X-01) in the drawings section of this manual. 3. After about 15 minutes of run time, use the Daily log in the Maintenance section of this manual to check that all parameters are in the appropriate range. 4. Ensure that heat tracing and insulation is installed and operational prior leaving the skid run in cold weather 5. After the skid has been commissioned and tested, any unused conduit holes should be plugged and all electrical seal offs should be filled.
