Wiring of Optional Contacts Most conditioning skids include several skid status contacts and customer input terminals that can be used to interlock the skid to customer devices. Each of these connections is outlined below. Customer Fault Contact: Designated as CC 31, this contact is found on page 4E-051-X-A32 of the electrical drawings. This contact is powered from the panel and comes with a factory jumper installed. To utilize this input, remove the factory jumper and wire the terminals to a normally closed customer contact (such as an LEL sensor). When the contact opens, the skid will shut down immediately. Customer Run Contact: Designated as CC 32, this contact is found on page 4E-051-X-A32 of the electrical drawings. This contact is powered from the panel. To utilize this contact, wire the terminals to a normally open customer contact. The customer run contact is maintained, so when the contact is closed, the skid will start and run, and when the contact is opened, the skid will stop. The local start and stop commands still work normally. If the skid is started remotely, and then stopped locally, the skid will not restart remotely until the customer run contact is opened and then closed again. Skid Run Status Contact: Designated as CR 4102, this contact is found on page 4E-051-X-A72 of the electrical drawings. This is a normally open contact that can be used to monitor the run status of the skid (closed means the skid is running, open means the skid is not running). Power for this device is supplied from the customer monitoring device. Skid Fault Status Contact: Designated as CR 4103, this contact is found on page 4E-051-X- A72 of the electrical drawings. This is a normally open contact that can be used to monitor the fault status of the skid (closed means the skid has an active fault, open means the skid has no faults). Power for this contact is supplied from the customer monitoring device. Section 2 Installation Page 7
