This document should be provided to the customer and Capstone along with a signed Commissioning Checklist Table 1. Installation Completion Checklist Item # Description Complete By...Time/Date Remarks 1 Locate enclosures and conduits per Drawings and Installation Specification. NOTE: APS LCD display should not be exposed to direct sunlight (degrades LCD display). If this is not possible, a sun visor/shade should be implemented. 2 Mounting location for APS to be within: 4,000 cable feet of optional digital power meter or Capstone Protective Relay (CPR) 500 cable feet of optional DMC 100 cable feet of MicroTurbines 50 cable feet of any RS-232 connected device 4,000 Cable feet Modbus RS-485 instrument connection 50 cable feet of 120 VAC power source 4,000/ 1,000 cable feet of Modbus (4,000 ft for RS-485/ 1,000 ft for Ethernet) Building Management System (BMS) connection 3 APS thermal insulation as required.
