8010 Internal Warning MNT PWR DRV Maintenance Power Drive Fault System Severity Level 2 This fault is declared if the Maintenance Port Power Solenoid Driver fails Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Maintenance Power Status Indicates Over- current or Under- current Condition Wrong Solenoid Drive Component DPC Control Board should have a VN06SP solenoid driver installed at U25. Replace DPC Control Board (See Document 513176) No load connected When no load is connected, the driver will report a fault for open circuit. Verify 13.8 VDC is applied on Maintenance Power (pins 9 and 10) of Maintenance harness connector before fault is declared. Ignore Fault Overloading power A user load to the 13.8VDC on the UCB can cause the appearance of a short circuit. Unload user power draw or correct faults in user loads (i.e. Modem). Water in Mainte- nance Harness In humid environments tempera- tures near the MicroTurbine can reach the dew point. Water in the back of the connector will short wires. Dry Maintenance Harness Maintenance Harness Not Connected Maintenance Port Harness is not secure at UCB or DPC. Secure Maintenance Harness connections Maintenance Harness Damaged A loose wire at harness connector or in wire is creating an open or short circuit. Replace Maintenance Harness Component failed on Control Board Components within the driver or fault status circuitry have failed.
