7002 Internal Fault GC INTERLOCK Grid Connect Interlock System Severity Level 4 This fault is declared if in the GC mode, the required jumper/circuit is not in place on the EUCB. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution In Grid Connect Mode, but UCB interlock is not provided. GC Interlock Jumper Not Making Contact. When the Utility Connection of the system is set to Grid Connect, an Interlock jumper must be installed on the UCB between pins TB4 pin 2 and TB4 pin 1. Secure Grid-Connect Interlock Jumper Con- nection. Option Port Harness Interlock signals are carried from the UCB back to the DPC through the Option Port Harness. Ensure that these connections are secure and wire is dry and not damaged. Secure or Dry Option Port Harness at UCB and DPC. Replace if damaged. UCB Failed If all connections are secure, cir- cuitry on UCB must not be func- tioning correctly. Replace UCB DPC Control Board Failed The DPC Control Board has cir- cuitry that communicates with the UCB. Assume this has failed.
